Walter USA
Walter appointed André Vasconcelos Global Sales Director for Workholding. Vasconcelos currently serves as Sales Manager for Walter, where he has been instrumental in the development and growth of the brand in recent years. His transition into this newly created global role marks a significant milestone in Walter’s strategy to further invest in the clamping fixtures and workholding market.
In his new position, Vasconcelos will be responsible for all global workholding sales within Walter, driving a unified approach to customers and strengthening our value proposition across all regions. He’ll continue to report to Pedro Pacheco, Vice President of Lightweight and Workholding.
Vasconcelos’ mission will be to ensure that every market in which Walter operates is fully supported in selling workholding and fixtures and special machines—driving global alignment, accelerating responsiveness, and enhancing collaboration here in the Americas.
To support this objective, he will make the transition to the Walter Americas Campus in Greer, SC. Working closely with the U.S. team to strengthen collaboration and unify efforts. In parallel, he will continue to support the sales force in Europe.
“This appointment reflects Walter’s commitment to invest in talent that will elevate our workholding position,” says Pedro Pacheco. “André’s deep experience with workholding and his passion for providing the customer support for the entire process makes him the ideal leader for this critical role.”
