SW North America, a supplier of horizontal multi- and single-spindle CNC machining centers, automation, and complete system solutions, will be presenting their BA 322i machining center at the annual SHOT Show in Las Vegas at the Venetian Expo + Caesar’s Forum on January 22 -26, 2024.
SW North America’s BA 322i is designed to function as an independent firearms manufacturing cell that can store enough workpieces for an entire shift. This twin-spindle horizontal machining center produces twice the output of a single spindle CNC machine while using 60% less floor space and 50% less energy.

With the BA322i multi-spindle machining center, firearms manufacturers can expect the following key features to improve operations:
- Available with a loading module featuring an integrated 6-axis robot
- Vertical workpiece storage conveniently located to the side, requiring minimal space
- Double swivel carrier enables loading and unloading in parallel to machining
- Work area of 300 x 450 x 375 mm on the X-, Y-, and Z-axis.
- Stable monoblock construction in combination with box-in-box 3-axis unit, 1 or 2 worktables, and 1, 2, or 4 horizontal spindles
