Its precision telescopic compression/tension mechanism absorbs workpiece dimensional variation, ensuring consistent deburring volume and stable cutting performance even in high-mix, variable-batch operations.
Designed specifically for front-side deburring and chamfering, the FM-DBR7-SC Deburring Holder leverages an adjustable spring-load mechanism that maintains consistent cutting pressure across parts with minor height or dimensional variation. Its telescopic design reduces chatter and over-cutting, ensuring smooth surface quality and highly repeatable results.
