HX5 is a proprietary injection moldable carbon fiber filled thermoplastic nanocomposite. It is a high strength-to-weight ratio compound that is resistant to a variety of environmental conditions including temperature, corrosive gases & liquids, and radiation. It is comparable in strength to 6061 aluminum and up to half the weight.
