Ultra Intelligence & Communications (Ultra I&C)
Ultra Intelligence & Communications (Ultra I&C) has been awarded an $86.8 million Other Transaction Authority (OTA) contract to deliver advanced software prototypes for the Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) Mission Command System, specifically supporting Guam Defense Operations. The five-year agreement will enhance the integration of next-generation weapons and sensors for the U.S. Army's Program Executive Office (PEO) Missiles and Space.

The contract focuses on expanding the Air Defense Community's software capabilities for U.S. Army Operations while maintaining technological superiority against evolving adversarial threats. Ultra I&C will integrate its cutting-edge ADSI software platform, providing comprehensive Link-16 interoperability, MIL-STD and tactical data link interfaces, and force operations data within the IBCS architecture.
The engineering support encompasses advanced composite tracking systems, enhanced engagement operations and modernized force operations. Additionally, the company will deliver seamless Link-16 interoperability capabilities alongside state-of-the-art artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) integration to meet emerging battlefield requirements.
