UNITED GRINDING North America
RTX has recognized UNITED GRINDING North America with a Premier Award for performance in 2024 and overall excellence in Cost Competitiveness and Collaboration & Customer Service.
The Premier Award is an annual recognition platform under the RTX Performance+ Program to recognize suppliers with superior performance and that have provided exceptional value to RTX in one of the five key categories: Cost Competitiveness, Technology & Innovation, Business Management, Collaboration / Customer Service, and Sustainability.
“Being recognized by RTX’s Pratt & Whitney with the RTX Premier Award highlights the multi-dimensional value our team brings to the table. The award for Collaboration & Customer Service is an exceptional honor, as it recognizes precisely how we do business and what our customers can expect from us with every project,” says Larry Marchand, Vice President, Sales, Profile Division, UNITED GRINDING North America. “Collaboration requires strong communication on both sides of the table, so this couldn’t have happened without a solid team on the Pratt & Whitney side as well. I look forward to a continued collaboration with Pratt & Whitney and am enthusiastic about the future.”
“Focusing on developing true partnerships with our customers is and has been a strategic focus for the team at UNITED GRINDING North America. This is evident in how we have structured our team, from sales to engineering to service – all with the customer’s best interest squarely in focus,” says Markus Stolmar, President & CEO, UNITED GRINDING North America. “Receiving RTX Premier Award recognition from Pratt & Whitney is an honor and an important signal that our commitment to providing the highest level of customer care and value into our customer collaborations is making a big difference. We’re all enthusiastic about the future with Pratt & Whitney and celebrate their recognition of our team’s contribution.”
