Sandvik announced the signing of an agreement to acquire the American company, Cimquest, which will be part of Mastercam, the world’s #1 CAM software. Cimquest is a Mastercam Reseller located in New Jersey, United States.

The signing of an agreement to acquire Cimquest adds talent, technology, and diversity to Mastercam’s ecosystem of solutions. Cimquest’s solutions and support are recognized as best-in-class in their region and will continue to be available. With the addition of Cimquest, Mastercam continues to ensure our solutions remain connected to our customer base.

Mastercam has no plans to change relationships with any external vendors, customers, or Resellers as a result of this signing of an agreement to acquire.
