Edge Technologies to move into new headquarters in Fall 2024

Edge Technologies is excited to move to a new, modern facility located in Maryland Heights, Missouri. Spanning 113,500ft², this new space will support the company’s continued growth by centralizing storage and distribution and enhancing operational efficiency.

Our team is excited about the opportunities this move brings, as it positions us for continued success for years to come.”

The facility is designed to maximize productivity:

• 40,000ft² of production space, featuring a 20-ton crane with a 270ft run linking the shop floor with the inside dock facility
• About 60,000ft² of dry storage space, with 40ft ceilings to rack the product higher in a smaller footprint
• Modern office space encompassing 13,500ft², including a collaborative floor plan, noise reduction features, and multiple meeting spaces  

Overall, Edge Technologies will pick up about 67% additional floor space.

The move is scheduled for November 2024, with full occupancy expected shortly thereafter.
