Patrick Cline
National Product Manager - Holemaking

Patrick Cline, a manufacturing industry veteran, has over 35 years of experience, 30 of which have been with ISCAR. After graduating from the Tarleton State University (Texas A&M System) with a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Technology, he pursued additional industry training in management, quality, and CAD/CAM systems. He has excelled in many roles throughout his career including machinist, CNC programmer, manufacturing engineer, shop supervisor, engineering manager, tool designer, and cutting tool product manager while being employed at General Dynamics, Boeing Aerospace, Super Conducting Super Collider and now ISCAR. Patrick has also spent time working with the Texas Employment Commission and Texas Manufacturing Assistance Center on the “Dream It. Do It.” program inspiring 7th grade students, or next-generation workers, to pursue manufacturing careers. When Patrick is not using his vast knowledge as an industry expert he enjoys flying, riding his motorcycle, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his wife of 37 years and 21-year-old son.

 

Larry Robbins
President and CEO
SMW Autoblok

Larry Robbins joined SMW Autoblok in 2007 as National Sales Manager and was appointed President of SMW Autoblok’s Commercial Division in 2019, then CEO in 2024.

As CEO, Larry manages all strategic sales and marketing initiatives as well as overseeing SMW Autoblok’s North American sales team and customer base including machine tool dealers, OEMs, and channels currently under development. He also oversees international products and global product launches including our new wireless connectivity company, SMW Electronics.

Larry has more than 40 years of experience in the machine tool industry and manufacturing. Prior to working for SMW Autoblok, he owned a successful manufacturers’ rep company for 13 years. Larry’s knowledge and ability in the machining industry began in his early youth when he worked side-by-side with his father who owned a prosperous distributorship in New Jersey.
