ADLINK Technology
ADLINK Technology announced the company's San Jose Manufacturing Center (SJMC) has registered with the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) and implemented a comprehensive compliance program for International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). This regulatory framework, administered by the United States Department of State, controls the export and import of defense articles, services, and technical data. ADLINK's ITAR compliance program includes robust protocols for product classification, technical data protection, and secure supply chain management in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act (AECA). This registration is pivotal for ADLINK as it continues to expand its support and solutions for the military and defense markets globally.
ADLINK's compliance with ITAR is part of our ongoing commitment to meet stringent regulatory requirements, ensuring that our advanced computing platforms can be integrated into a wide range of military, aerospace, and homeland security applications.
