Solid carbide drills

The WTX-UNI and WTX-Deep UNI solid carbide drills bring a universal solution for shops needing performance, flexibility, and sustainability across a wide range of materials. Designed to simplify tool selection, the WTX-UNI drill range delivers reliable precision drilling in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and hardened steels up to 54 Hardness Rockwell C. By reducing the drills required for multiple applications, manufacturers can streamline inventory, cut down on tool changes, and improve overall machining efficiency.
The WTX-UNI solid carbide drill is built from CERATIZIT’s CT-GS20Y upGRADE carbide, the company’s most sustainable substrate to date, and made from 99% recycled raw materials. Its patented end geometry, with a convex cutting edge and a 140°-point angle, ensures excellent self-centering and tool stability. Combined with a modern DPA74S coating and an optimized flute design, the drill provides efficient chip evacuation, reduced risk of jamming, and outstanding tool life. Available in diameters ranging from 3mm to 20mm, the drills can be supplied in 3xD and 5xD lengths with or without coolant, and in multiple shank styles. For greater stability, the WTX-Quattro adds four guide lands and is offered in 5xD, 8xD, and 12xD versions, with the 8xD and 12xD designs featuring a modified 135°-point angle for superior performance in deep applications.

Instant measurement system

The IM-X1000 Series, the latest generation of the Instant Measurement System lineup, is a modular system designed to meet inspection needs. The IM-X Series features an ultra-wide large stage, multi-sensor measurement capabilities, and a function to automate challenging and time-consuming part programming.
The IM-X allows up to 20 different stage and camera combinations to build the measurement system. From general purpose optical comparator applications to multi-sensor measurement, the IM-X combines optical, probe, laser, and rotational measurement to deliver comprehensive inspection. Even large parts are now possible with an increased measurement range of up to 16" x 20" – 3.3x the measurement area of previous generations. Programming has also been innovated to further enhance efficiency with the ability to import drawings to automatically create programs. By importing CAD, PDF, JPEG, or paper drawings, users can select critical dimensions, design values, and tolerances to create a program. The IM-X also uses a programming AI tool called Smart Assist, auto-adjusting focus, light, and edge extraction settings to eliminate guesswork and constant manual tweaks.

Multi-tasking machine

The INTEGREX i-350S NEO multi-tasking machine provides increased thermal stability and combines high-performance turning, milling, and, now for the first time, grinding operations along with advanced automation features.
The INTEGREX i-NEO Series of machines offers automation solutions to meet diverse customer requirements. For applications using overhead gantry loaders, unloaders, or bar feed systems, the series provides a standard ergonomic front-mounted tool magazine ensuring seamless integration with any automation strategy. The tool magazines can also be located at the rear of the machine with optional retrofittable automatic front doors/robot interfaces allowing the machines to easily accommodate floor-mounted robots.
The INTEGREX i-350S NEO includes a main and second turning spindle (S) and a milling spindle headstock for DONE IN ONE part production. The main spindle accommodates a 10" chuck and boasts a Y-axis stroke of 12" (304.8mm) and X-axis stroke of 27" (685.8mm) for a maximum part diameter capacity of 26.38" (670mm). The main and second turning spindles operate at 4,000rpm, while the compact milling spindle comes standard as 12,000rpm (24hp/22kW) and 20,000rpm (24hp/22kW) as optional. The machine processes parts up to 59.80" (1,519mm) long with a 1500U-style bed and up to 98" (2,489.2mm) with a 2500U bed.

Metal 3D printer

The DLX series metal 3D printer combines additive and subtractive manufacturing. The synergy of 3D printing and CNC technology creates new, highly complex components in short production time.
The DLX series is DN Solutions’ global entry into the rapidly growing additive technologies market. With its first industrial-grade laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) metal 3D printer, the company is targeting applications where conventional manufacturing processes reach their limits, such as lightweight components, organic structures, or function-optimized metal components. The metal 3D printer offers solutions for the entire production chain combined with established machining production processes.
The aim is to close the previously missing end-to-end link between LPBF and CNC processes. Through the systematic integration of software, automation, and component handling, DN Solutions creates the basis for scalable turnkey solutions along the entire process chain.
The flagship of the new Additive Manufacturing division is the DLX 450D. The industrial high-performance 3D printer is suitable for 24/7 production and offers an exchangeable build container to minimize non-productive time, a multi-laser system for high printing speed, and a build volume of 450mm x 450mm x 450mm.
Prior to the market launch, DN Solutions successfully tested the technology and additively redesigned the front cap of a spindle cylinder for the multitasking machine DNX2100 – based on the principles of design for additive manufacturing (DfAM), resulting in a 20% increase in performance and simplified assembly thanks to component integration.
DN Solutions also provides support along the additive process chain with its in-house AM software suite - from the initial idea to the design and the successful production of the component. The integrated approach of hardware and software is particularly helpful for companies wanting to get into additive metalworking or expand their production. In future, customers will receive support at the Additive Solution Center in Gütersloh, Germany, which will open in 2026.
