Portable measurement arm series

The Quantum X FaroArm Series delivers up to 15% increased accuracy compared to previous models, offering configurable and scalable arm positions. Automatic high-performance bar feeder

The KID 80+ is a short automatic high-performance bar feeder, ideal for applications on CNC lathes with fixed headstock and those equipped with a counter spindle. Parts washer

The Mini Parts Washer is a compact inclined conveyorized cleaning system designed for cleaning small parts produced in continuous production. This productivity enhancing system is specifically targeted for point of manufacture cleaning – small parts such as screw machine products, stampings, and bearings.

There’s also an optional heated blowoff for enhanced drying available for field retrofit. The Mini Parts Washer has a footprint of less than 9ft², making it ideal for work cell applications.

Compact machining center

The Heckert H100 compact machining center has a pallet size of 39" (1,000mm) and will replace the previous Heckert HEC 1000 4-axis center.

With the Heckert H50 to H100 compact machines, Starrag offers maximum precision, performance, and speed in as little space as possible with long-term quality. This also applies to the Heckert H100, which has dimensions of 35" x 181" (8,900mm x 4,600mm) and enables travel paths of 69" (1,750mm) along the X-axis, 51" (1,300mm) along the Y-axis, and 55" (1,400mm) along the Z-axis. As an option, the Y-travel can be extended up to 55" (1,400mm) and the Z-travel can be extended up to 71" (1,800mm). The displacement circle diameter is 79" (2,000mm).

The Heckert H100 is suitable for large parts and, with a loading weight of 8,818 lb (4,000kg), is also suitable for heavy parts that would otherwise have to be machined on a large machining center.

The Heckert H100 is easy to automate with extended clamping hydraulics and simplified interfaces to pallet storage systems and robot cells. Improved integration into the customer's infrastructure comes from the central connections for technological cold water, cooling lubricant, and data exchange. There’s also a larger selection of spindles.
