5-Axis milling machine

The HERMLE C 250 GEN2 is the entry-level model for 5-axis milling – and into the HERMLE Performance Line. Thanks to the wide-reaching swiveling range, the exploitation of the full traverse range, and the large collision circle between the table sections, the C 250 GEN2 is an optimal high-end machine for precision, accuracy, and dependability. The second generation of the RS 05 can now be adapted frontally or laterally to HERMLE machining centers. With a footprint of roughly 2m² (22ft²), the robot system is extremely compact. The system can be equipped with a variety of different storage modules according to requirements: as a system with a single die, a storage unit with five telescopic drawers and die storage, a pallet storage unit – or as a Kanban system. The HERMLE C 250 with RS 05-2 automation allows firearms manufacturers the needed flexibility.
