APPOINTMENTS

Brad Pelachyk

BAE Systems named Brad Pelachyk senior vice president and chief global supply chain officer. Reporting to BAE Systems Inc. President and CEO Tom Arseneault, with a matrixed reporting line to BAE Systems plc CFO Brad Greve, Pelachyk will serve as the procurement leader for the global enterprise. He’ll also serve as a member of the BAE Systems Inc. senior leadership team. Pelachyk will lead the company’s Global Supply Chain Organization and will chair the Global Supply Chain Council, to ensure the company’s supply chain remains strong and resilient and is able to deliver on its commitments to customers. Pelachyk most recently served as the company’s vice president of supply chain, overseeing operational efficiency across the value chain, emphasizing procurement savings, supplier risk mitigation, and digital transformation. For more: baesystems.com

 

Dr. JihFen Lei

Teledyne Technologies Inc. promoted Dr. JihFen Lei to senior vice president of Teledyne Technologies. In this role, Dr. Lei will continue to lead Teledyne FLIR Defense and will assume responsibility for Teledyne’s Aerospace and Defense Electronics Segment. This group of businesses, collectively referred to as the Teledyne Defense and Aerospace Group, includes a wide variety of advanced products and technologies, from high reliability electronic components, subsystems, energetics, and avionics in the Aerospace and Defense Electronics Segment, to FLIR Defense’s high performance unmanned, surveillance, and detection systems. Prior to her return to Teledyne in 2021, Dr. Lei performed the duties of the Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Research and Engineering at the Pentagon and served as the Principal Deputy, Director of Defense Research and Engineering for Research and Technology. John Baylouny

John Baylouny has officially assumed the role of president and CEO of Leonardo DRS Inc. Baylouny is deeply rooted in the organization, bringing more than 35 years of experience across senior leadership, engineering, design, operations, and P&L leadership roles. As COO, he oversaw the company’s workforce across both operating segments and drove enterprise strategy for next-generation capability development. Baylouny’s primary focus will be leading the company’s next phase of growth, expanding into high-opportunity markets aligned with its core strengths, accelerating next-generation R&D, and strengthening Leonardo DRS’s role as a trusted partner delivering high-performance, mission-critical systems across all warfighting domains.

Sally Wallace

Leonardo DRS Inc. also appointed Sally Wallace executive vice president, chief operating officer (COO). Wallace, who has been with the company since 2002, will report directly to CEO John Baylouny. Bart A. Carter

OSG USA Inc. promoted Bart A. Carter to vice president of national accounts. Carter has spent the last 18 months repositioning the OSG national account team and in this new role, he’ll lead OSG’s national account strategy, expand key partnerships, and drive growth initiatives. Alongside this appointment, OSG has implemented several organizational enhancements designed to improve customer responsiveness, streamline operational alignment, and reinforce cross-functional collaboration. Danny Nichols was appointed vice president of sales-distribution and will oversee OSG’s distribution strategy and partner engagement. This role will ensure consistent field alignment and greater focus on distributor driven growth.

Chris Dravis was appointed national sales manager and will lead the field sales team with responsibility for regional performance, sales execution, and frontline customer engagement, supporting distribution and national account initiatives. Andy Oberg was appointed director of national accounts – channel, concentrating on strengthening partnerships, optimizing channel programs, and driving joint growth opportunities. Rick Harris was appointed director of national accounts – integration and will lead integration-focused national accounts, coordinating account initiatives to support large-scale customer programs. Sean McIntosh was appointed national accounts integration manager and will support integration activities across national accounts, ensuring alignment to deliver seamless implementation and ongoing support.
